If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, CH999 will immediately close the account and, where necessary, report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

CH999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• Providing false information during registration.
• If required KYC verification documents are not submitted.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 6 months).
• At the user's own request.

Before closing an account, CH999 will generally notify the user by email and provide an opportunity to respond. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Whether your balance is refunded upon account closure depends on the nature of the violation. Closures made for responsible gaming reasons will receive a full balance refund.
